A Study on the Factors Effecting on Job Satisfaction and Service Orientation of Rehabilitation Specialist

Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to explore the effects of organizational management factors on job satisfaction and service orientation of rehabilitation specialist. The conclusions drawn from the result and discussion were as follows. First, the result showed that organizational management factors was a statistically significant variable, which had an influence on the job satisfaction of rehabilitation specialist. The factors of organizational compensation impacting the job motivation and job competency were education and training system, compensation system. The factors of team approach impacting the job motivation were work support and the factors impacting the job competency were work support, team cooperation and information sharing. Second, the result showed that organizational management factors was a statistically significant variable, which had an influence on the service orientation of rehabilitation specialist. The factors of organizational compensation impacting the user orientation were compensation system. And the factors of organizational compensation does not affect service satisfaction. The factors of team approach impacting the user orientation were work support, team cooperation and information sharing. And the factors impacting the service satisfaction were team cooperation and information sharing.
